  I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers! Muskan was extremely helpful and patient while helping me choose my glasses. They gave honest opinions, understood my style, and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Really appreciated their friendly attitude and professionalism.   I had a very bad experience. I had to visit twice for a check-up and glasses adjustment. There were also some female staff members, and if I knew their names, I would mention them here. When I tried to explain the issue I was having with my glasses, one of them seemed to make fun of me — she was giving expressions to other staff members and smiling at me. It felt very disrespectful. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place.

  I just wanted to share how much I love my visits to Specsavers Scottsdale! They really feel like family to me. Today, I had the pleasure of being helped by Muskan, and she was absolutely wonderful! Her friendly attitude, genuine apologies for taking a bit longer (which honestly wasn't a big deal at all!), and her guidance made my experience truly special.
