  My husband and I had our eye exams at the Scarborough Town Centre location. Dr. Chu examined our eyes and explained the conditions in layman's terms, which we really appreciated. The staff were all very accommodating, especially Misha, who fixed the nosepad on our daughter's glasses for free, and Mark, who assisted us with the measurements for our glasses and made sure we didn't overpay, given our insurance coverage limits. They also had a great deal: two pairs of glasses for $149. I got the deal, plus a small extra charge to add blue light protection to both pairs, while my husband got a pair of prescription sunglasses. My daughter’s glasses were $249 with the blue light, but Mark gave us a discount on that as well. Despite all of this, we were out in under two hours. I will definitely return to this location.

  I had my first eye exam in more than 10 years and the team here made it an amazing experience. Immediately upon walking in, I was met with a warm greeting by the staff at the front and was checked in for my appointment. My pre work was done and I was then seen by the optometrist. Dr Aaron Hoang was the best, and his attention and care for his patients is second to none. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made great recommendations for my eyes. After my appointment, I proceeded to the retail side of the store to get some new prescription glasses for myself. It was there that I met Hema, who helped me in deciding the best pair and went over all the lens options throughly. She was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions amazingly. It’s people like Dr Aaron and Hema that make this location amazing, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. 100/100

  I had an issue with my glasses recently when they broke, and I was feeling pretty stressed about it. Thankfully, Aysha helped me, and she honestly made the whole experience so much easier. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. Aysha explained my options clearly and made sure I left feeling reassured. She’s very sweet and approachable, and her customer service is amazing. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth, positive experience because of her help.

  I went to look for somewhere to loosen my glasses. I went when they were wrapping up to close and Aysha was very patient with me.She adjusted my glasses free of charge and had no problem with adjusting and re-adjusting until it was to my liking and rather than just adjusting my glasses and leaving it as that…She went above and beyond to explain the technicalities of glasses and their fittings and made sure I understood and She also took her time with ensuring that I understood their promotions as well. She had no problems clarifying and re-answering my questions. Despite them closing and everyone else around her cleaning mopping and vacumming to leave, during the entire interaction, she remained professional,focused, engaged and so, still managed to deliver an exceptional customer service. It’s great customer services like these that goes a long way. Thanks Aysha,I really appreciate it…looking forward to stopping by again!
