He was very helpful with figuring out the measurements. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs new glasses or even just an optometrist. Ruth and Eric have beautiful eyes.

(Thanks soooo much Inga and Eric and all the staff at the Promenade Mall!!) There's a good variety of frames along with the best lenses, phenomenal prices, and ongoing specials. The prompt delivery adds to the experience. A very important feature is their 3-month no question and hassle-free guarantee (yes! 3 months!). I also appreciated their client service with follow-up phone calls to ensure customers are happy with their glasses. The Ophthalmologist, Dr. Shabnam Farid, who did my eye exam is excellent too! She was able to expertly exam my eyes without putting in painful drops (which I so appreciated)! I love my new glasses! Highly recommend!

I bought glasses a few months ago that broke simply by me holding them and trying to clean the lens with a cloth (lesson learned, never buy plastic glasses). I headed to the store, and Ruth was able to replace them for me as she had the same frame available. I decided to make these current ones my backup and bought other ones that are made from metal because now I have trust issues and don't want to get stuck (lol). Ruth was super helpful with that as well and helped me find 2 great pairs (love the promotion!). Thank you Ruth!

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
