I redid my prescription glasses here, but they did not include the blue light coating that was on my original pair. When I called to inquire, I was told it was not on the original glasses or invoice. I then emailed them a copy of my invoice and followed up with 2–3 phone calls to confirm that the blue coating was indeed on my original glasses. Each time, I was told a manager would call me back on Friday, but now two Fridays have passed with no phone call, no reply to my emails, and no resolution. This is especially frustrating because I travel 2 hours to this location to pick up and order my glasses, yet the customer service has been extremely poor. I expected much better support and accountability from a company like Specsavers. Still waiting for the Solution on this matter.

They popped in contacts for me, and suddenly I could actually see what I was trying on. I've. never experienced anything like that before, and it was a game changer.I was able to pick out a couple new pairs of glasses and feel good about it. Lauri has also ordered me some contacts to try out huge thanks for making it all happen! Everyone worked together as a great team , and they were just as helpful with my whole family. We all felt really well taken care of!

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
