- NFNaveah Farrow2 days ago1.0We had the worst experience with the owner - Dr. Pandher at this clinic. He rushed through my husbands and kids exams and missed a critical condition. He was abrupt and talked down to us when we told him that husband was losing sight Dr. Pandher rushed him to get glasses. My husband ended up in the emergency room with no sight in his right eye two days later. When we got a second opinion from a different clinic, they told us he had an obvious eye issue that should have been dealt with when Pandher saw him. I am really disappointed in the quality of care and lack of professionalism from Dr. Pandher, and the rushed assessment. He make you pay for your exam before even assessing you and once he have your money he don’t care about you as a patient. The staff in the clinic seemed to be “new” and everyone seemed to be unfamiliar with the machines, and were standing around chatting while we were ignored. Avoid this place.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
