Unprofessional and liar!!! The store retail manager is anti-customer. Want to get transitional sunglasses for my new frame bought in Japan. After “inspecting” my frame, the manager arranged me to a service table at back and got a sales to “serve” me. When I told her I didn’t need prescription lens she was disappointed and walked to talk to the retail manger and come back to tell me they cannot put on non-prescriptive lens for my frame. She gave me the reason that they need a optometrist prescription that certified that I don’t need prescription! Then I asked her there are sunglasses in the store and do I need prescription to buy those glasses. She told me yes! What a liar and so unprofessional! Probably a sunglasses lens with no prescription is too small a job for them and they wanted to turn me down but with such a reason really way too unprofessional!!! I would never recommend any one to this store.

Dr. Sandhu, Wendy, and another lady -- that I unfortunately didn't get the name of -- who helped me pick out frames were all extremely kind and helpful when describing their services and products to me. With whatever questions or concerns I had, they explained thoroughly and patiently. This is a very welcoming shop and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get an eye exam or just another pair of frames.

My daughter's glasses(frame) was broken yesterday. Good thing that the lens was still ok. And today we brought it back to Specsavers Metrotown to check if we can still use the lens and just buy the same frame. I am glad that they have the same frame available. So they just put the lens to the new frame and got it the same day. Just have to wait for like a couple of minutes and all is done. Thank you Nav for your assistance.

I can't compliment the optometrist and the staff enough for their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. The office itself is really attractive and very clean. I am totally happy with everything Including the price and Specsavers is the only place I would recommend to others. Best experience plus all the staff were so great that I had fun!

I had my eye exam today with Dr. Elkie Fung, and she was excellent — caring, professional, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her approach. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. Dr. Fung asked a young lady to help me after my eye exam, but she left multiple times in the middle of the health insurance billing process. She eventually handed my billing over to another staff member who clearly didn’t know what to do and even asked me to pay out of pocket for remaining amount. On top of that, I was asked to sign some papers without any clear explanation — I was only told it was a “new policy.” My husband had to call afterward to clarify what was going on. I understand things can get busy, but this level of unprofessionalism made me feel really uneasy.
