My father went to this location and was helped by Naaz. He was very happy with her help. She helped him with selecting the right glasses and guiding him through the process of getting his prescription lenses. Naaz was very professional and provided great customer service and care.

Wonderful experience getting an eye exam here! Kayode was the loveliest part of my visit! He was super kind, helpful, patient and helped me find the perfect pairs of glasses then after, seamlessly submitted them to my insurance. Will come back here for my next exam and pair of glasses for sure.

I called this branch to book an appointment. The person who answered simply said “hello” without identifying the company, which was confusing. When I asked if this was Specsavers, she simply said “yes.”
When I tried to schedule, the staff member seemed unsure of the process. I asked if they were new, and they said no, but then mentioned they have allergies—something that didn’t seem relevant to booking an appointment. Because of this, I decided not to book.
I hope the branch can improve phone greetings and staff training to provide a smoother customer experience.
All I wanted was an eye appointment. I don't know why it was so difficult. Oh well.
