- GGG Jock (GJ)5 days ago5.0Thanks to the staff at Specsavers at Sarnia’s Lambton Mall. I had a small repair needed and initially was left waiting at a competitors and never even got service. SS was very very busy so was not sure if such a small thing could be accommodated or how long I would wait. The young lady who was multi tasking among clients took a quick look sent my glasses with another cheerful young lady and said very easy (tricky repair of both arms of my Nike glasses) and to return in 20 min. Did my shopping and glasses were ready. No charge! I insisted that I pay but nope. I was very impressed by the cheerfulness and can do orientation of the staff. I used to work retail (shoes not eyes) and am a bit fussy on service and the team was first rate. Should not have had a doubt if it’s good enough for Chris Hadfield should be good enough for me. How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
