The service at the Mount Pleasant store was great but unfortunately the quality of my lents not so much. When I use my glasses from Costco there is no reflection but with the Speacsavers It is weird when I am in a meeting online. UPDATE: After my review here the owner of the store contacted me and ordered new glasses using the same type of lent as my old one. I was impressed because I wasn’t expecting someone to care. This is an amazing Customer Service

Visit was September 4, 2025. The optometrist Dr. Lam was fine, the office was overly dark for the exam in my opinion. Rose the service Optician was great. The after service as to communicating with clients was not. When your new prescribed glasses are ready for pick-up, it will just sit, if you do not contact them if they are ready or not. There will be no email or cellphone text contact (as stated by them) to alert you that they are ready. Mine sat for 3 extra days before I called them. So, beware, if you depend on the use of glasses, be patient, you will need to follow-up with them instead, which will not be the other way around. Thank you all for reading.

I stopped by Specsavers recently and was helped by a very friendly (and handsome!) guy named Wally. I didn’t end up making a purchase that day because my wallet wasn’t ready 😂, but he took the time to pick out some frames for me that I absolutely love. His style and recommendations were spot on, and I’ll definitely be coming back to get them!
