If you are looking to be gaslit this is a great place to go. My experience with them when I had to pay out of pocket was absolutely horrendous. I attempted to give them a second chance and they sent me to a different location where that doctor gaslit me in the first five minutes of my appointment. I do not recommend using them. If I could give zero stars I would.

“I had a wonderful experience today with Harleen while choosing my prescription glasses and lenses. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through all the options so well. She understood my needs, explained everything clearly, and helped me pick the perfect pair with confidence. Thank you, Harleen, for making the process so easy and comfortable!”

My review history is almost nothing because I never leave reviews. But I feel compelled to share my negative experience. Both logistically multiple times and customer service wise once. Please think twice before coming here. Your pockets and your head will hurt. Logistically: there was a complete lack of communication between the doctors office and the front retail end. I did a contact lenses fitting and they had no idea which ones I tried. There are three different of acuvue oasys contact lenses on their website but they were unable to let me know which ones I tried. All I kept hearing was “it’s acuvue oasys” and I kept asking “okay but which one out of the three?” And they said they don’t have access to that info. Even if they cannot access the doctors notes, they should at minimum provide which ones I tried in the trial. Instead he asked me if I could go find the little plastic containers that my contacts came in… that I threw away in June. He knows that I picked those lenses up in June. How is that a logical thing to ask? It’s not my job to keep info like that- it should be the stores. Part 2 logistically: I had confirmed with the doctor in June that the ones I’m trying are the ones I like and I will not be trying any additional ones. This was not written in my notes, for whatever reason. Logistically part 3: they were unable to convert my eye glasses prescription to a contact one or order anything for me over the phone. Some places allow that, others don’t. That’s okay. I am letting you know that this location doesn’t and they will make it as hard as possible to get your voice across while explaining so. Thankfully a different location was able to do both. I am really grateful I went somewhere else. This is a genuine review and I have receipts/call logs to prove I was their client. Customer experience: The logistics were already frustrating and turned me off but the customer experience floored me. My insurance coverage was finishing very soon and I could not see a doctor for confirmation of my prescription because she was out for the weekend. I had thought that all paperwork was fine because I relayed to my doctor that I have made my decision and will not be trying more contact lenses. That’s why I didn’t go back to try anything for three months. That is an internal issue that should be fixed and it is not on me to do so. And at minimum they should know which lense I tried. There were some associates that were very receptive and tried to be helpful, but the reality is, the logistics are all over the place at this location and I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with one employee. I wish I could have left a positive review, but I want to warn others. He repeatedly spoke over me, in circles, and when started getting frustrated at the above and asked him to please let me finish and not dismiss me, he started mentioning the call was recorded? Wow. He does not know how to descalate or respect clients voices. I am also very glad the call is recorded, I think it should be used for training purposes on how not to dismiss your customers to the point that they start crying. I did not raise my voice or swear at any point. I respect store workers, and I have worked in retail and other customer service jobs in the past before. There was no real respect or care for either logistics or customers emotionally or monetarily. Even when I started crying he barely registered. I don’t know what else I can say.
