The staff went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were perfect. Unfortunately, I forgot to get the sales reps name. Please pass on my gratitude to the staff for me. Thank you.

Unfortunately some sales staff you have to remind them of the promotions in order for you to get the discount or else they will ring it up regularly and try to charge you that price. I thought this was a one-off but this is the fourth time in a row where the same tactics was pretty obvious. By the fourth time I'm pretty sure this was not a one-off incident but a daily routine tactics in case you don't notice your bill. Otherwise the rest of their customer service is pretty good.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
