Elsie and Dr. Zhang were absolutely wonderful in making sure I get my eye test done and in selecting frames that I liked. I look forward to going back to them in the future

I’ve been a regular customer at this Specsavers branch, and I’ve always been impressed with the friendly service. But my recent visit was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding assistance I received from Cid. Not only did Cid go above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect frames, but he also expertly guided me through the insurance process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Cid’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction have raised the bar for me, and I’m grateful for the exceptional service I received. Well done, Cid!

Unsatisfactory experience. I had my eyes checked here/prescription. The Doctor who did my exam provided a service that was extremely rushed. She did not care about her patients and rushed me. Every slide while having my eyes checked I had about 1 second to respond before she moved onto the next slide. I am convinced I was given a prescription that is not correct. I am wearing glasses that make me feel dizzy and hurt. When I asked the Doctor about my over all eye health she just kept saying she 'didn't know'. For example I asked her if my eyes were healthy because I was genuinly conserned as I have seen a decline in my vision and she just said "I dont know some people wear coke bottle lenses". I don't even know what this means. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience here at SpecSavers. The Doctor literally made me feel like another number and the system as she did not care at all about her patient. I will never go back to SpecSavers again. I wasted tons of money on Frames and Lenses from another establishment because I knew right away I am not buying glasses here after my exam. Now I am out hundreds of dollars with glasses that make me feel dizzy and sick. Honestly so upset about this. Felt like the dollar store of eye health, don't come here they don't care about their patients.
