  Great experience! Staff was helpful and took time to make sure that we made the best decision possible. I did not feel rushed at all and felt valued as a customer! Will definitely come back.

  I had never been to this eyeglass store before today, and was in need of assistance getting prescription lenses from broken frames out and into same style frames with non prescription lenses still in. The ladies both working were so nice and did explain that the frames were acetate and the risk it would be to the frames trying to change lenses, which I appreciated and said I was ok with that if they broke oh well and she said ok I don't mind then and she very successfully switched them for me and was so amazing she didn't even charge me for doing it. So kind and awesome of them to do for someone who has not been a customer/patient with them. Beautiful little store with great selection of frames as I looked while waiting. Definitely going to go to them for all my eye glass needs and questions from now on. Great Staff . Thanks again ladies (sorry I should have asked your names) see you again very soon!!!

  My eye appointment with Specsavers at Fairview Mall was an excellent experience. Starting with Amanda who assisted me in choosing two pair of eye glasses. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable with great customer service skills. Dr. Kahn explained to me in great detail the eye exam process step-by-step. Dr. Khan was professional, patient when answering my numerous questions, and very thorough throughout the eye exam process. Good price too! Would highly recommend this store. Will definitely return, at a later date, when prescription glasses are again needed.

  I can’t say enough great things about our experience at the Fairview mall location! From the moment we walked in, thru the eye exam, to the process of selecting frames for our needs… top notch service every step of the way! Maria helped both myself and my partner select frames that would assist us with our needs, she guided us thru the process with ease and care, friendly, and knowledgeable, she gave her honest opinion on types of frames for our different needs.. she walked us through the process with such ease… frames arrived in 7 days… just in time for us to attend an important event. Felt welcomed every step of the way. Thank you for making this such a smooth process.

  I’ve been wanting to get new glasses and wasn’t sure where to go. I’ve been seeing the adds for Specsavers on TV and I pass by the Fairview Mall on my drive home from work so I thought I would check them out. First of all I love how their website lets you virtually try on glasses so you can get an idea of what you like. I went into the store at the mall and they have such a huge selection of frames to choose from. The store is bright and clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I worked with Maria and she helped me pick out frames that suited me and then she took the time to go over my option so I could order exactly what I needed. Their prices are affordable and I was able to get a new pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses all within my work coverage. I think they are a good option for people wanting new glasses on any budget because they have frames starting at $69 and some really nice high end brand name options.
