They leaked my personal address, medical data and insurance information to some unknown hackers from a lack of security in their software program that stores your data. Clearly unsecured software programs. Now I have to deal with getting new insurance information and health care numbers. Call into their incident call line from the letter I was emailed indicating the data breach around April 1st of this year, only to be told to wait for a call back for a week to be escalated to resolve this issue. I will be seeking compensation for this.

Our previous prescription was unclear, but Dr. Draude conducted a precise assessment and clearly explained the results. She was kind, professional, and answering our questions about myopia management. The myopia lenses are reasonably priced, and although there weren’t many children’s frames, All the other staff members were also very friendly and handled every step of the process professionally. We are extremely satisfied and plan to continue coming here.

I’d say it’s closer to 3.5–4 stars just because of that kids play area right in front. It gets super loud and you end up yelling back and forth with the staff just to talk. Thought I’d mention it since I was surprised more people didn’t in their reviews. Other than that no complaints definitely recommend

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
