She’s very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients — something that’s truly rare to find. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and their online booking system made everything so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

However, my partner had a great experience here, so I decided to give it another shot—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was helped by Joseph; his customer service was excellent. He even set aside the glasses I liked before my eye exam so I could revisit them afterward. My eye exam was with Dr. Jasjit Gandham, and she was absolutely amazing. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain my prescription in detail, helping me understand my eye health better. She’s warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her work. I highly recommend booking your exam with her! Afterward, even though the store was quite busy, I was assisted by a wonderful staff member named Payton. She saw the frames I had picked out, offered additional stylish suggestions, and helped me find a few more options that I loved. She also provided quotes on my favorites, which really helped me stay within budget. Payton’s kindness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service made the whole experience fun and stress-free. I left excited for my new glasses, and I’ll definitely be back! If you're looking for great prices, quality care, and outstanding customer service, Specsavers is the place to go. Edit: I went back to pick up my glasses and Joseph was there again to help! He helped made sure my glasses were aligned properly and he also was kind enough to let me pick the colour of my case! He also replaced the jellies on the inside of my old pair of glasses for a small fee and I was very pleased! Such incredible customer service at specsavers! 10/10 stars

They told me that I had to get my contacts fitted and pay $46 sitting fee even though I had them before, and then they told me I could book it until the samples arrived, around 2 weeks. 3 week later, no updates. Had to call back. Said they didn't know what happened. Ordered a second time. 3 weeks later, still no call. I pop in. They are still waiting. Finally, I get an appointment booked for a week later. A few hours later, they call me to let me know that I need to delay it yet again. Sooo annoying!!! I just want my freaking contact lenses!! I shouldn't take that long, and have so many delays!

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
