This quickly turned into a case of them making me feel inadequate as I'm low income and had a very strict budget with my insurance. They gave me the run around about paperwork and lost all interest in helping with my purchase - dismissive more like it. Even over email, I felt like my purchase didn't matter. I'm a client of Specsavers however, this experience turned me off from this particular location and I won't be returning. I went into another location where the service was top notch.

I gave them a month of trying and just couldn't adjust. The team here was nothing but amazing with the help and truly trying to understand why I was having such issues instead of just a quick remake. In the end I'm having the glasses remade but the time and effort the entire team put into assisting me and making sure I get the proper care and attention to determine my needs was absolutely fantastic. I was able to learn a little about the company with Andrew and in the end also ordered a new pair of sunglasses with a small credit I had with the changes made. Don't think twice about this place, visit or book today. Your taken care of with the most genuine team who cares about your vision and not your money.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
