Amazing service at Specsavers Chinook! I've been wearing glasses for years and this was a great experience. I am a senior and they made it very clear how to access them with my mobility. Shannon was wonderful finding a frame that fit my lenses, going over what my prescription meant and the type of lenses.
I appreciate the great price for seniors and the offer to direct bill for me.
Even when I came back with my grandson's glasses, not even from them, they fixed them without hesitation.
I have found my new place for glasses from now on.

Absolutely terrible experience at Specsavers Chinook! We ordered prescription glasses for my daughter, and when we picked them up two weeks later, the lenses were clearly defective — she saw double lights everywhere, with dark shadows around each bulb.
When we told Ms. Shannon about it, instead of taking responsibility, she told us we had to pay an extra $60 to fix the issue. I explained that this was the mistake of her colleague, who never mentioned during purchase that the glasses might have any problem, and asked, “Why should we pay for your company’s error?” Her response? — “Then you can pay $30.”
I am completely unhappy about being forced to pay extra money for a problem that was not our fault. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
On their website, Specsavers proudly says:
“We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we will put it right. No worries, no fuss.”
What a lie! None of this is true at the Chinook branch.
I strongly suggest Specsavers train their staff at this location about the company’s 90-day exchange policy and the basic meaning of customer service. Their customer care is below zero, and I absolutely do not recommend Specsavers Chinook to anyone.
I will definitely report this complaint to the company’s head office so they can look into this branch and stop them from taking unfair money from customers.

Always a great experience at this spec savers. I have been to one other location and got horrible service. But this one, even after 11 pairs of glasses in our family, is always amazing

Every time I’ve gone to Spec Savers, it’s always been a positive experience.
Although I was let down a few weeks ago by a limited selection, new frames have since been added and to my amazement, I found 2 pairs that I fell in love with!
It seems this seasons styles from all optical stores is not my preference, but I feel Spec Savers has a selection that meets everyone’s tastes.
I will continue to shop and recommend Spec Savers, not only for the styles they carry but also for excellent customer service, great pricing, and top notch eye exams.

my visit was overall a positive one from start to finish. I really liked how the staff did not harass me while browsing yet were very attentive when approaching the front desk with my selections, however not a fan of the actual price not on all the frames. Also, I think more Information about lens price and extras should be displayed somewhere to view prior to approaching yet I understand why it's not done. this was my 2nd purchase at Specsavers, and I think a small token in the form of a loyalty program should be offered, I probably will return for my next pair. Excellent Discounts for Seniors.
