I went yesterday and once again received excellent customer service from Pree, just like the week before. She was incredibly kind, attentive to every detail, and provided a truly professional experience. It’s so refreshing to be helped by someone with such dedication and positive energy! Definitely a service worth highlighting.

My 'go to' store for prescription glasses for myself and my family. Service is always outstanding. Employees are patient and kind. This is the best Specsavers in Surrey. I would like to thank store associate Karima for the great service this time around. Keep up the good work!

If you want to find contact lenses you actually feel comfortable with, stay away from this location. This branch is unorganized and honestly useless. They charge a fitting fee and act annoyed when you want to try more than one option. I was left with one choice that I don’t even feel comfortable with, just because I had already “tried too many,” according to them. Eyes are sensitive, and I’m not compromising comfort or eye health—especially as someone with sensitive eyes and allergies—just for their convenience. They act like they’re paying for each sample out of their own pockets. Funny enough, I’ve emailed every major contact lens company, and all confirmed that samples are 100% free of charge. The only thing clinics charge is the fitting fee, which I already paid. I also spoke to multiple Specsavers locations, and they all said there’s no limit to how many contact lenses you can try. I understand the goal is to find your best pair ASAP, but my experience here was the total opposite. I only got to try one pair of monthlies and two pairs of dailies, and ended up buying three boxes of lenses I don’t even like—because they implied I had “tried enough.” Shoutout to them for leaving people who aren’t textbook-perfect candidates stuck with uncomfortable lenses. I should’ve been allowed to try more than one option at a time, and more than one monthly brand before committing for years. They seriously need to improve their communication skills too. Also, my optometrist is amazing, but I have no idea why she ordered daily lenses with -2.25 toric when my prescription is -2.75, which actually exists. I only found that out after my samples arrived. And why does everything take a week just to “check with the optometrist”? What’s the point of a middle person if every question has to go through them anyway? Bottom line: don’t come here for contact lens fittings. Try another Specsavers location instead.
