- RBReema BhandariSep 26, 20251.0Absolutely unprofessional! First, we booked an eye appointment for 12:10 PM. When we came in, we did the pre-testing and everything seemed fine. Until the guy at the main desk told us “There are two people in front of you before you can go see the eye doctor,” and for us, we were in a time crunch. It’s an appointment, it’s for a set time. The guy stated that the eye doctor was 30 minutes late, which is understandable, but the issue is; we called about an hour before our appointment and we did not hear anything about our appointment being pushed back by at least an hour and a half. Then, the guy told us that we could “shop around” while we waited. Then we asked why weren’t we told this beforehand, and the guy said “you guys booked online, not in person” that’s why. So what the point of having online booking system if you are not even going to pay attention to it. It was extremely unprofessional.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
