In addition to that the pricing is amazing. My daughter got two pairs for the price of one with the sale they have. I have never paid so low for my own prescription. Amazing experience. So happy they are in our town.

Amazingly they had a wonderful bogo deal and I purchased two amazing frames for a great deal! In addition Jake was incredibly helpful, he let me shop around and helped me decide on some great frames! The arrived 7 business days after I ordered them and they fit amazing with Jake’s help to get them fitted to me! Highly recommend, I plan to return for my next set!

The process for the eye exam was both thorough and efficient. The frame selection has a lot of variety and they are reasonably priced! I liked that I could browse the frames online, save a few of my favourites and then try them all on in store. Fantastic experience overall and will return for any future eye needs.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
