First time visit, just bought 2 pairs. the overall experience was amazing ; Pablo helped me pick the frame and lenses, Rebecca while running test, she would explain to me what exactly she was doing, and the doctor was friendly and very informative. would recommend anytime.

They were able to help me when in need, my previous pair were lost and I knew i wasn’t able to focus without them. I’m glad to have found a reliable store that also accepts my insurance!

I had a great experience with Mehedi! He was very nice and helped adjust the frames I wanted to purchase to make sure I was certain about them before going through with the buy. He was very fast and I left very excited to receive my new pairs of glasses! Also super good deal for two pairs!!

I highly recommend this location at Billings Bridge Plaza! I went in this past weekend to ask about new glasses and options available to me and can honestly say that you will not receive more exceptional customer service than at this store! Their knowledge, time spent explaining and customer service surpassed my expectations and I have already recommended this Specsavers to friends and family! Thank you to Pablo, Teresita and Hermann (manager) for providing me with such a pleasant experience!!

Terrible experience with Specsavers. Got 2 new glasses in August 2025 with their updated prescription (Done in Oct 24 but wanted to get contacts and glasses at the same time so i wasnt ready for new glasses) Now after more than a month I still get headaches wearing them. When I went back, they did not troubleshoot and just told me to pay for another exam as it could be my prescription changed in less than a year. Prior to this, I wore my glasses with the previous prescription for 2.5 years with no issues. Poor quality, no refund, and now I’m stuck with 2 useless pairs. Never going back.
Looking at the other reviews it seems like im not the only person who experienced this.
