I had an exceptional and the most wonderful experience at Specsavers, Armadale Square Markham, with Dr Mavani and her team members, Mr. Neil and Mr. Palash. I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I received there. I was treated like a royalty by them. They are not only friendly but also incredibly efficient and caring. The doctor is a perfect example of knowledge and patience and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during the eye exam. The care and clarity made the whole process feel personal and reassuring. What really stood out was the attention to detail by Mr. Neil and Mr. Palash. and how they made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Mr. Neil’s impeccable patience and motivation is beyond words. He helped me all the way through during my first time use of contacts. His motivation and support is incredible. Mr. Palash’s awesome help to select the right frames for my glasses, explaining my insurance benefits and getting me the best deal is really commendable. I wish I could provide more than 5 stars to the staff of this Specsavers location. Their service was above and beyond. I’m their loyal customer and hope more customers use their services. I was pleasantly surprized to get top quslity service. They will book your eye appointment as soon as possible. The doctor was nice, and professional and I felt like she cared about how well I can see. I recommend Specsavers, they got me 2 pairs of glasses at a reasonable price.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
