  The staff at this store were so friendly and approachable, especially Maria and a younger male staff member who helped me during my visit. They made me feel very welcome and took the time to give thoughtful recommendations. I really appreciated how they pointed out options that were more budget-friendly without any pressure. On top of that, they even shared some great tips on places to visit in Calgary. Wonderful service that went above and beyond — highly recommend this store!

  The store associate was very friendly & helpful, however, there was a “last-minute” change to the promotion which the manager disapproved. We purchased an additional luggage to our flight after “confirming” the final price with the associate, but unfortunately the money is wasted since the promotion price was not honoured at the end :(
