  Went in to buy a piece of luggage since my suitcase was destroyed on my flight over to Canada and needed something to get home with. The shop itself is nicely laid out with a good choice. However, the staff must be on a commission basis in the shop since one member of staff really would not leave us alone to look at the options even when asked, always pushing for a hard sale. Sometimes customers need a bit of space to look at things and make their own mind up. Unfortunately in the end I just left the shop because of the sales pressure, and bought from a different shop a couple of doors away. Which was a shame since I entered the skip with the intention of buying a couple of pieces of luggage.

  Staff wete very helpful. The under seat bag was on sale and then another 20% off. Suggested list price $325 purchased for under a hundred. Very nice. And the sales person suggested a restaurant for dinner which was perfect.

  My husband liked the products and ease of buying things at the Samsonite outlet. Well laid out easy to see everything, and enough room to access the feasibility of the suitcases.

  Staff took good care of me when I accidentally locked myself out of my brand new luggage :)
