  Absolutely stellar employees at the tanger location in Kanata. These people are the best in the business and you can tell that they care. Big props to the folks working today (Saturday). I really was not sure what I was looking for. I am headed to finland for two weeks. When the gentleman said "the military buys this one the most" I was sold. Thanks guys!

  I had a broken latch on a suitcase I bought about 8 years ago. I looked up the repair procedure and saw where to bring it. It also said there was a $30 deposit. I took it to the lady in the Kanata location. She was terrific. Said she’d have it back in about 4 weeks. I asked if she wanted to see the original receipt and she said “no it’s okay”. And forget the $30 deposit. It was just delivered to my door, free and fixed. Great staff and company.

  Brian helped us choose the right luggage for our trip. Communication was great, service was great too. Would recommend visiting and getting him to serve you. Very well versed with product knowledge. Bought 2 Freeform L Spinners Tangers Outlet Ottawa.
