  The lady who helped me was amazing. She was kind, patient since I am so indecisive. I didn’t get her name and she wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was working October 23, at 1:30 with a younger lady. I find most places here people are not really kind at all and hate their jobs. She went above and beyond. This interaction was great.

  I stopped by Mucho Burrito Fresh this afternoon and was blown away by the service. There was only one employee on shift—her name is Jasneek—and she was absolutely outstanding. She greeted every guest with warmth, communicated clearly, and handled everything—taking orders, preparing food, and keeping the place running—completely on her own. Her positive attitude and calm professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant visit. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what impressed me most was Jasneek’s dedication and skill. Employees like her are a true asset to the company and deserve recognition from management.

  Very bad food, not tasty at all. When we went for pickup, the staff spoke to us in a very rude and unprofessional way. One of the worst experiences ever. Definitely not recommended.
