  I visit Mucho about once a week and order food for my family of 3. It's my son's goto for chicken and cheese quesadilla. I've eaten at mucho for years so am familiar with the food and have always enjoyed it. However it's the very friendly staff that make this location special for me. They recognize me when I come in and know our regular orders down pat and are always talkative and friendly. I don't order online, I prefer to eat in or get it for take out. Let's me interact with the staff which I enjoy and let's me put all the little touches on each of our orders every time.

  Ordered online and so many ingredients weren't added as per order request. Cheap tactic to save couple of dollars by the store and they are loosing out the customer permanently.

  Been there after a long time and had a delicious burritos. I just loved it and guy gave me very friendly service and super friendly with my kid.

  I overheard the owner speaking to employees in a loud, abusive way — using insulting language and raising their voice. Staff looked upset and one worker had tear in her eyes. As a customer I found the behavior unacceptable and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses how staff are treated; I will not return until I see improvement.

  Ordered online and so many ingredients weren't added as per order request. It was cold. Not even close to warm, COLD. Cheap tactic to save couple of dollars by the store and they are loosing out the customer permanently. For take out, it's a common sense to add napkins in the bag if you want to staple the bags.
