  Disappointed by inconsistency and poor customer service. I ordered the same overstuffed burrito two days ago and it was awesome—generous portion, great taste. Today, I ordered it again expecting the same, but what I received was barely the size of my hand. When I asked about the drastic difference, the staff laughed and said, “That’s what you get for $12.” No apology—just mockery. If this is their idea of customer service, I won’t be coming back. Consistency matters, and so does respect. I’d recommend avoiding places that don’t value their customers.

  The burritos me and my husband got were just plain horrible, they were completely unseasoned, came to us cold inside and burnt at the same time, nothing from their sauces helped like at all, I tried their beef, which is what they recommended for the best burrito and it was horrid, I miss having any half decent burritos in Sudbury.

  Unseasoned chicken like completely. The only flavour added to the guac seems to be lemon tortilla was burnt but somehow burrito was frozen inside. Was recommended this by a friend I wouldn’t feed it to my dog
