  Was only allowed 4 toppings before being charged extra??? Why was I charged $1.50 to each add cilantro and onions?? Apparently this is from head office?? I call baloney. And it doesn’t event say it on the menu. I went to another location a few weeks ago and this was not the case. Since when did mucho burrito do this…I have been going to them for over ten years. First time at this location however. Won’t be back.

  Fantastic service—staff were warm and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful. Clean, well-kept space. Definitely coming back and recommending to others.

  Food is fine, tasty, and the place is generally clean. The challenge was I was told they didn't have corn, and then served it to the fellow right after me. Then as I'm eating, they received an online order. As the fellow was.making the food, he sneezed into his gloved hand, he then looked right at me for a few seconds, he then continued to make the food. Didn't change his gloves, didn't wash his hands... the guy who served me had about as much personality as a rock. Too bad, because I really do like their food. This is the service industry. The young fellow certainly does not appear to enjoy his job, at least that was the impression I had. The big guy is quiet, which is fine, but his service is still good. It was the thinner fella that could use a smile and pretend to care. I really am sorry for this post as I generally only provide positive reviews, but the sneezing and attitude left me wanting more. Good news is there are several places in Orleans that offer great service amd equally good food.
