We spoke with the staff, and the lady acknowledged that we were right, yet she said they couldn’t issue a refund. I expected better customer service from this place. Very disappointing experience. And the worst they talked their language without respect. So bad when you choose this restaurant to enjoy with your family

At first the lady was friendly and though I was far from the counter she made a simple mistake and when I asked her to correct it, she got all sour face. The energy was off in there and the food was not that good. The hubby got the nachos and he ate it because he was starving but it was like he was eating a plain rice cakes. Never going back.
