  I love food at mucho burrito but this place disappointed me. I ordered regular veggie burrito. The server didn’t add enough quantity that I need to tell him to add more. Also, he said I can only add 4 toppings whereas in any other place they add everything. He said that’s an extra charge for extra topping even for cilantro. He even forgot to add saute veggies in veggie burrito. For the veggie burrito, Guac is free. He didn’t add that. Overall, was not happy with the service they provide. Not going back to this location. My mistake I should have go to Subway(next door).

  Brutal service. Only one standing and line waiting for someone to show themselves at the counter. Left and spent my money at the tea place.

  I used to visit this location all the time. Unfortunately, they have moved to a half size burrito bowl for the same price as the full size one. $15 bucks for a bowl the size of a side salad and asking for tip at the checkout. It's so greedy. I won't return, there are lots of other great and healthy options in the area.

  I went here for lunch on Thursday. Two people were working behind the counter on what looked to be take-out orders and there were four people sitting at tables in the restaurant, already eating. One side of the menu had a paper towel taped over it. I stood in front of the counter for five minutes and neither person working even acknowledged I existed. I’m 6’2” and about 215 lbs - I’m not easy to miss. Both looked at me several times and then just kept working on other orders. I left and went next door to Red Swan Pizza where I got a freshly-baked, 8” two-topping pizza (BBQ chicken and red onions) and a pop for about $8. (My rating doesn’t include the food because, y’know, no one took my order within 5 minutes so I couldn’t actually eat any of their food.) My suggestion: skip Mucho Burrito and go to Red Swan for lunch. They were helpful, friendly, and fast.

  I was with my friend when we visited this location, and honestly, the experience was shockingly poor. We came in expecting the same great service we’ve had at other locations, but this one completely missed the mark. From the moment we walked in, the staff member was not at the counter. I literally had to yell 4-5 times and then he came out from the back and at the counter didn’t greet us, didn’t smile—just stared at us like we were bothering him. We tried to use a coupon we had received by email, but apparently, the scanner was “not working.” No apology, no workaround—just “can’t use it.” Seemed more like an excuse than a real issue. Then came the food. We ordered a quesadilla, and instead of asking what we wanted in it, the guy just made whatever he felt like. When my friend asked to customize it, he straight-up said, “I won’t go back inside.” What kind of attitude is that? To top it off, he tried to charge us for a meat quesadilla even though we clearly asked for a veggie one. No double-checking, no care. Either this staff member was having a really bad day, or he just doesn’t care at all. Either way, it shows. I visit this location quite often and usually it’s another dude who works and his attitude is awesome and the way he greets and makes the food is great! I’ve always liked this brand, but this visit felt like a complete letdown. I hope management sees this and takes some serious action, because this location is dragging down your reputation.
