  I GOT SICK AND STOMACH ACHE GERE Extremely Bad and Incompetent Indian Woman who refused to give her name, I got sick two hours after eating here !!! The Indian woman was cleaning the floor when we came in and the same moment she prepared our food so I got sick from this unhygienic place

  Bought a burrito & the server was very unsure what does burrito included. He only asked me for couple toppings & missed to include a choice of my protein. Clearly he doesn't know what he was doing. I brought my food back & told him that he missed to put the meat. I politely asked him to make me a new one instead of giving me a side of meat in the small cup. If he did it correctly from the beginning then it wouldn't be a waste of food on the first burrito he gave me. As a retail manager, I treat my customers the way I wanted to be treated. I wanted to make sure that my customers will keep coming back & will bring more customers to my bizz due to the excellent service I provided. I understand we are only human & make mistakes. However, repetitive tasks should be easily performed & never have to be told to do it properly.

  We went to buy a burrito, 4 of us, the lady and the guy who served us were just so annoyed and not a single time they smiled while serving, on top of that she was just to shy with regular portioning, and kept telling extra charges for everything, even though I told her in the beginning that i know that and i’ll pay for whatever i’ll order. I paid for guac and they literally put it in burrito with knife, where they were supposed to use scoop, and we wanted to add extra toppings, lady said she wont be able to roll it! Myself worked in a same business for more than 2 years, I know that wasn’t something hard, thats fine if she wasn’t able to, but should learn better! At least if you can smile and be nice to customer, just give whats worth the price! Stop being so cheap!
