  Amazing customer service. Once again Jeremy Scott went above and beyond with customer service. I came home from my fishing trip not hearing very well. I called the office at 3:45 and Lorie said to come right away. Jeremy determined the problem and was able to complete a repair that would normally have been done at the factory. This isn't the first time Jeremy has helped me out of a tight spot. When I was in business I had a dealer meeting to attend in the US. My hearing aid (6 years old at the time) failed right before I had to travel and needed factory repair. To get me through Jeremy cobbled a hearing aid together. I would have been lost without it. Jeremy has been my hearing specialist for twenty years. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic. I highly recommend him and Connect Hearing.
