  For a number of years now, my husband and I have been clients of Dr. Patricia Sandercock. We are so glad that our friends referred us to her. She is professional, competent and kind. She is also patient; in one instance I had trouble adjusting to a new hearing aid; after a reasonable time, she replaced it with a different brand which worked well. Her husband, Garth, handles the front desk and minor repairs. He always makes us welcome when we phone or come in, and he addresses our issues promptly. We have appreciated both Patricia's and Garth's care.

  Did my Police Hearing Report/Test here. Amazing customer service from Garth at the front. $25 for the report and clearance. Highly recommended!!! Heard them speaking to their regular clientele and they are always spot on and give the best recommendations.

  I have worn hearing aids in both ears since 2000 and have tried 3 other audiologists before finding Audia Hearing Care Centre in 2008. Patricia is a no non-sense straight forward professional who has provided nothing short of excellent service in all manners related to my hearing loss. Any problems I've had with my hearing aids over time have been promptly dealt with by Patricia or Garth. I would recommend Audia to any friends or relatives with any hearing related issues.

  I went to 3 different doctors to get my ears cleaned they all had an excuse as to why they were unable to do it. I went and saw Dr. Patricia and her husband and she had me fixed up and on my way in 30 min. I do believe I can hear a pin drop on carpet at 50 yards!

  I have been a customer of Audia Hearing Care Centre for several years. Recently I decided to upgrade to the top of the line Phonak Audéo B-90, a rechargeable and self-adjusting unit sold and serviced by Audia Hearing Care Centre. You do get what you pay for. The ability of this hearing aid to automatically adjust to different listening requirements is amazing. Charge them over night, put them in and forget them. They are like not having a hearing aid at all. Indeed I sometimes wake up in the night or find myself in the shower and then discover that I still have them in. I have always had great customer service from Audia Hearing Care Centre. Patricia and Garth feel like family. They have gone out of their way on many occasions to provide service above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot recommend them or their products more highly.
