  I honestly wish I could give them a no star rating. My spouse has dealt with Connect Hearing Sudbury for more than a decade now, and took an older pair in to have a battery case "door" replaced (which is the only repair they do there) and when his hearing aid was returned...not only did they not fix it, they broke it and said it cannot be repaired as they were too old. He asked what he was to do in the meantime, and was told his only option was to buy a new pair. He had a least a good year left on them, and when asked if there could be any compensation for this action, he was flatly refused, and took them weeks to even get an answer from them. Now there is almost a 10 grand unexpected payment we have to make now, as our hand has been forced to do so. Not a good business model, for a loyal customer of over a decade or two. We have decided to take our business elsewhere now, and have found a place with great customer service and a little cheaper as an added bonus.

  I recently purchased new hearing aids through ERIC an upmost professional with a nak for clarity and pressision. Even a follow up call was over the edge. I would recommend ERIC to all.
