  I can not give a higher recommendation. I have experienced many hearing test in my lifetime but Greena was by far the best, she knows what she is doing and takes the time to explain the activities as she proceeds. They made sure my new hearing aids where comfortable and encouraged me to return if any issues arose. Lisa is also excellent taking care of all the insurance paperwork and taking the time to make sure my phone was connected, down loaded the App and gave me tips on hooking up my TV. All in all a very pleasant experience and one I highly recommend.

  Customer service so so. Staffing at smaller location is kept at minimum, should some be absent the location will be left closed, often without any notice as what to expect. During early pandemic restriction they shut down all but few of largest locations. This ment a hour or more drive to get service, or to get supplies regular self service the hearing aid need to stay functional.
