  I have been meaning to drop a note here for some time. Started going to Connect Hearing just over 1 year ago. Supposably deaf in 1 ear all my life, it was a totally amazing for me when they enabled me to hear from BOTH ears. :-) They are professional, curious and understanding. They make sure that you understand all and will spend extra time with you if needed. Just another quick note: While on Holiday in Ottawa I ran out of batteries. My Wife noticed a Connect Hearing Office, went in and the Office and Staff were exactly the same as here in Toronto. Gave me a whole box of batteries, for free. If I wasn't TOTALLY IMPRESSED with Connect Hearing, this "put the icing on the cake". Definitely recommend CONNECT HEARING ! !
