Dr. Shelby and Kris have been excellent in supporting my parents in navigating their path towards better supporting their hearing. They have been more than helpful and patient with my parents. They are very friendly and they had no difficulty engaging my parents in conversation even though my Dad does not speak very much English. For anyone hesitating to explore Connect Hearing or for anyone wondering how to go about helping their parents with their hearing troubles, I highly recommend you contact Connect Hearing at Central Parkway Mall. For a change, went to Costco hearing centre for my mother and realized what a change it has been in terms of service and price!
