My mom and I originally signed up for the U of T hearing study. We both underwent hearing tests & ultimately my mother required hearing aids. Firstly, the staff (Linda and Michael) are wonderful. Michael , the audiologist, really listens to his patients and is excellent at adjusting the hearing aids to meet his patient's needs and to try to rectify any issues. Linda is service oriented, friendly and provides clear instructions (for completing the study). My mom is very happy with the service and got a great pair of hearing aids. Thank you Linda and Michael.
