  I bought my device from bayview village branch, and I got very bad after sale with very little information about adjusting my device. On the contrary, I got the best treatment and information from Juan Ding in a branch hearing instrument specialist on Lawrence and Don mills who fixed all the problems I had with smile & patience, I strongly recommend this branch for those who need hearing aid.

  Very happy with Connect Hearing. I opted for the Phonak hearing aids and am most pleased with the results. I can now better participate in conversations and understand television dialogue. Zach and staff at Connect are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their follow-up service is excellent.

  I shopped around and found the staff here to be knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a range of hearing aids but I went with Phonak, a Swiss made product . The results have been terrific and the follow up service could not be better.
