  Hello, My name is Bradley Sullivan and I’m from London Ontario. I was recently in Nova Scotia visiting my son and I was experiencing issues with my hearing aids. When I realized that I had brought the wrong filters with me I thought my vacation was ruined. I looked online to find the nearest Connect Hearing office which was in Kentville. When I called, I was greeted by a very helpful young lady named Candace Hatt. She assured me that she could help and I made arrangements to drive there. Upon arrival, she greeted my wife and I like we were family and then proceeded to fix the issues with my devices. She even gave me enough filters to more than suffice for my vacation. For me, she truly was a life saver and a very excellent representative of your organization. Please take the time to let her know how much we appreciated her service.   I'm hard of hearing. While the Dr was nice. She had a thick accent which made it impossible for.me to understand. That's not racism for you social justice warriors. I'm deaf. Ata hearing specialist. That I can't understand. Or hear.
