  I am leaving this review not out of malice, but in constructive criticism, and in the hope of better service in the future for other clients. As the client, it is 100% reasonable to ask questions and seek clarity before purchasing hearing aids. As a professional, it is 100% your job to explain and share your knowledge when there is a need to do so with the client. This was not the case in my recent experience at Connect Hearing (the East Mall). What I encountered was extremely unprofessional staff, lack of compassion and understanding for the needs of the client and family, and overall just a bad attitude and disrespectful behaviour from the staff. Shameful! I will never recommend Connect Hearing to family or friends, nor will I ever return after many years of being a loyal customer.

  Really clean business and honest place. Definitely would recommend if you need a hearing test or hearing aids.
