  Connect Hearing Grimsby has provided hearing aids to me for the last 10 years. They have been very responsive to any concerns and usually address these while I wait. Any repairs where the units need additional support have been quickly turned around within a few days. Overall I am very please with their service and have recommended them to friends.

  I want to say a special Thank You to Ashley Corbin who goes above and beyond to help me with my hearing aids. Ashley is always helpful and never makes me feel inferior for not getting the message the first time. I also want to say Thank You to Alyssa Jones who is helpful every time I need help.

  I can’t overstate how excellent the expertise and service is at Connect Hearing in Grimsby. I have been a customer for several years and the sales advice and continuing service is superb. Ashley and Alyssa are a great team! Whether it’s an urgent need or a routine appointment to have your hearing assessed, you will be served with warm and friendly personal service accompanied by a high level of professional competence.

  I don't normally endorse a product or compliment a business but, I will in this instance!!!...from the charming receptionist Ashley to the patient and talented technician Alyshia, I received service that went above and beyond the norm...I highly commend the Grimsby "Connect Hearing Store" for correcting the degradation of my hearing...to anyone especially the elderly suffering from hearing loss I strongly recommend you visit this location for an assessment. P.S. You will be "hearing from me again"!! (Please excuse the pun)
