  I have always been very grateful for the help that the assistants at Connect Hearing have given me when there is a technical problem. They have always either offered an immediate fix when they had a replacement part in stock or sent off for one to arrive by courier. On one occasion, the assistant cut short her lunch hour to meet me and do the repair so that I could make another commitment within a tight timeline. It's the personal customer service that keeps me coming back to Connect Hearing for my next pair of hearing aids.

  I was very pleased with the technician, David Bull. He was very patient, answered all my inquires and explained everything very clearly. I've only had my hearing aids a few weeks and they have made a huge impact on my life. Thank you so much!
