Beyond expectations. Especially with the follow up and attention to detail; fully understanding my personal needs. I can't believe how many wonderful conversations, movies, etc. I was missing before my hearing aids. Tony and his assistant Lorraine were exceptional, welcoming and open to any questions or issues I might have in the future. Great support. Thankyou!!!!

Very disappointing in-person customer service experience dealing with this location’s receptionist. I found her to be very condescending and lacking of any empathy for someone in need of assistance. I will be sure to go elsewhere in the future.
