  Great experience! Lots of information given in timely manner so I could take it all in, Love the product, hearing things I was missing before and didn't know it. They were able tweak them to cancel out some background noise and I can hear much better now. Great product and great service. I can call any time to get them tweaked some more!

  I recently went to Connect Hearing to have my hearing checked. Since I haven't had my hearing checked in years, I was surprised by the state-of-the-art equipment that was used to run a series of tests that offered an accurate assessment of my hearing. Unfortunately, I discovered that I experienced a certain loss in my hearing, but this discovery became easier to deal with because Verna Lee, who did the testing, professionally guided me through the process which I found to be altogether reassuring. I found Verna to be enormously knowledgeable in her detailed explanations, empathetic in her understanding how I felt, and exceedingly patient with me when I would ask the same questions again and again due to my concern. All in all, I found Verna Lee to be a consummate and considerate professional who made a difficult experience far easier to cope with.

  The audiologists (Doris Shiu and Rachel Wang) and staff were really helpful, informative and responsive throughout. I'd definitely recommend them!

  I would like to give my thanks to Doris Shiu for her kind assistance to my son's hearing aid needs or problems. She's very accommodating, friendly with warm smiles to greet us. Thank you also to Ella for your quick assist in booking our appointment. Great service, always enjoy our visit.
