  Three years ago, I dealt with this company, and the women whom i dealt with was amazing, helpful, and did everything to get me the best deal. I was able to go through my blue cross coverage. Fast forward three years later, the staff at that location are rude and very unfriendly, will only communicate through email, don't do direct billing, and you feel like you are bothering them, along with empty promises. I would never recommend Connect Hearing to any of my friends or colleagues. Maybe other locations are better, but this one is terrible and lacks people skills. I went with another company, which was wonderful and very helpful, and they knew their prices. I spent 5,000$ so I could hear. Too bad for Connect Hearing, but if they had been professional, they would have got my business.

  The while experience was delightful. It was a great experience being in the sound booth. I was treated like an actual person and not a number. Any hearing problem... I highly recommend them!

  Nothing but good things to say about this establishment. I lost my hearing in my left ear after a sudden hearing loss accident. Asieh helped bring back a portion of it. I am forever grateful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a hearing issue.
