So very disappointed with Connect Hearing and who they use to make custom ear plugs. Had ear plugs made at the end of October 2024 and returned to have them remade during the 90 day warranty as the right ear plug was causing a pressure sore in my ear. Another mould was taken and I went about a month without the ear plugs, eating into the 90 day warranty. Received it back to only have the same issue again. Only this time they would not cover the warranty even though it was with them for part of the warranty.. So the next time I asked to have them redone, I asked that they not include the little bead that indicates that it is the right ear plug from the left one. I asked for the shaping at the bottom to be cut down a bit. I will say here, that Connect Hearing did cover the $15 cost to have them sent back outside of the warranty. Again, the ear plug is still causing a pressure sore and also they only counter sunk the bead and did not leave it out of the plug as requested. I was also told by one of the front ladies, that I have an odd shaped ear and that is the reason for the issue. Problem here is that she is the receptionist and how would she know what the issue is. So here I have paid almost $300 for ear plugs I am unable to use because the right ear causes me so much discomfort. I will neither use nor recommend Connect Hearing.

Audiologist and staff are phenomenal!
They take the time and care for each client’s individual needs. They are empathetic and very knowledgable, making sure the client is confident and happy with equipment needed. Highly recommend!

****UPDATE, Google will not allow me to delete this review but I would like to say that Connect hearing has made this right. They had the employee reach out to my father and myself to appoligize for her actions. I have deleted my post from fb as it would let me. I would like to thank the employee and management for being accountable and making this right.
I went today, April 18th 2020 with my 81 year old father who's birthday was yesterday. His hearing aids weren't working properly. When we entered the business the first Lady (who my father has always dealt with) was very kind and greeted us and said they'd be right with us. Another lady came out and asked us to put on a mask. The mandate has been lifted so we mentioned that to her. She snapping then stated she could only serve us outside so we said ok and walked outside. At this point the lady was already snappy and rude. Asked my father for his name and when he tried to ask her as to why with the mandates lifted, he would have to wear a mask. She pretty much slammed the door on his face. At that point he opened the door and asked if they could service his hearing aids. She came to the door with a box for him to put them in and shut the door on his face AGAIN! He then opened the door and asked how long and with attitude once again she said two minutes. After a few minutes she brought them back out in the box. My father thanked her and she closed the door. My father was in there a week or so ago and got new batteries for his hearing aids, the lady he normally deals with (the one who greeted us) served him politely and never mentioned a mask. I don't care what your position is on this, there is no reason to treat an elderly man that way period!! I am now going to go find a new hearing place for him to spend his money at and will not be going back because of that ride employee. He has been going there for over 5 years and was never treated so poorly. Watching my father treated that way was disgusting and I would advice you not to ever go to this place. It just takes one paranoid, rude employee to take your business down. Treat people with respect or don't get into the customer service or the healthcare industry. Goodbye Connect hearing and good luck with that nasty, rude lady.
