  First visit. I had some concerns about my hearing, I had an extremely great experience with the staff and audiologist. Very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. 5 stars well deserved.

  Went there for my 11AM appointment. I arrived 10 mins early as I am mindful of others’ time. 11:10AM and still waiting. Had to leave as I couldn’t keep waiting for ever. I wish they could be more respectful and plan ahead of time so they don’t screw up people’s plans.

  My husband has had amazing service and follow up with his hearing aids. Blair is excellent!

  I was panicking because my hearing aid "tube" had disintegrated and because it is somewhat dated (old); I had no idea if Connect Hearing could or would help but despite not having an exact part, the audiologist "MacGyvered" another part to make things perfect again. It was so good and such a relief I wanted to hug the audiologist but we "fist bumped" instead. I was and am so grateful. She was amazing.

  The staff at Connecting Hearing Spring Garden Professional Center location are very friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. My new hearing aids have made a world of difference for me and for everyone around me. They are the best! So thankful
