  The Connect Hearing outlet in North Nanaimo is all around fantastic. Even if you don’t live in Nanaimo, this office offers the best customer service. It’s worth travelling to.

  All staff were professional and friendly, my Registered Hearing Practioner Lynda, was kind and patient taking me through the hearing test. Made sure that I clearly understood the results of the test, what my options were as far as hearing aids. She carefully explained that the first couple of weeks can take some adjustment and I could call them if I was experiencing difficulties. Follow up visit was extremely helpful, I appreciate the time and support given to me in this transition period. I am glad I choose Connect Hearing and would highly recommend to anyone who is starting to experience some hearing loss,
